- Dinah Rodriques, now a very young 87 yr old, developed HTY (Hormone therapy Yoga) 24 years ago. She was asked by a doctor in Brazil to develop a system of yoga to combat female hormonal fluctuations …. depression, PMT, weight-gain, fertility issues, PSOS, fatigue and menopausal symptoms can all be minimised by this form of Yoga.
It is a natural treatment that works with the physical and energetic bodies, using a set series of special yoga asana, breathwork and concentration exercises to reactivate hormone production and, as a consequence, eliminates most of the above symptoms. As Yoga Therapy increases the body’s output of estradiol (an important form of estrogen), it also helps in the prevention of osteoporosis, cardio-vascular diseases and prevents premature ageing.
It also brings also vitality, good health and a positive outlook on life, without having to take any medication. A must for any woman.
I, Jett have just returned from a teacher training course with Dinah Rodrigues in Mallorca and am very excited to bring Ireland this programme. I feel amazing after having done this sequence for 3 weeks. It really works and is no fad. It is beyond me how this has escaped Ireland. I am the only certified teacher here.
Dinah is regarded as a miracle worker in Brazil and has lectured and taught this schedule throughout the world with incredible results over the last 24 years. Her research papers will be published later on this year. I am running a 1 day immersion on Sunday 13th. I have made it financially viable for everyone to come at €35 inclusive of morning and afternoon sessions. 11am – 1pm and 2 – 4.30pm.
