Pilates: focuses on the core postural muscles that help keep the body balanced and are essential to providing support for the spine. In particular, Pilates exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and strengthen the deep torso muscles.

Yoga-Pilates Fusion: Yoga/Pilates Fusion uses core stability exercises from Pilates along with muscle lengthening & strengthening Yoga postures put together in a fun & dynamic flowing form. This sequence of postures will not only improve your body posture, increases your muscle tone and help you develop GREAT ABS but also help to de-clutter and de-stress the mind.

Pre-Natal Yoga/Pilates: Pregnant women who attend this class will have healthier pregnancies, quicker deliveries and easier recoveries after childbirth. Courses will be as demand dictates

Post-Natal Pilates:Groundbreaking abdominal and breathing exercises will decrease a diastasis (abdominal separation) as a result of childbirth. You will have a firmer, flatter, and stronger core no matter when you had your baby! Courses will be as demand dictates

Yoga: draws on the wide diversity of the classical yoga tradition. Emphasis on the development of body awareness through precise alignment in posture, and breath awareness through a dynamic flowing movement, culminating in a practice focused on strength, stamina and the awakening of the body’s life force energies.
