Vinyasa Flow YOGA Hatha
Yoga is one of the most respected teaching systems. This class promises
to be both inspiring and rewarding, bringing health and energy to body
and mind. The Core Technique of Hatha Yoga is to first of all
concentrate on the practice of postures (asanas) and breath control
(pranayama) to energize the subtle channels (nadis). The Asanas are
contemplative in nature and were originally intuited by yogis during
meditation; the Kundalini naturally brings forth these postures or
movements. During this class we will also touch on aspects of the Anusara system. Our aim is to concentrate on the postures and move deeply within them, one of the key advantages of this technique is to allow you the time and space to benefit from both the physical stretch and meditive qualities. This understanding will be merged into a gentle flow of movement. If ever there was a Yoga system to ease the stress and strain of busy urban lives; this is it! This style will be a component to every fusion class
